Packaging for sea transport

When packing for seat transport, it is necessary to consider a number of factors: the duration of transport, the responsibility of the party ordering the sea transport, the dimensions of the goods, the protection of the goods against moisture or mechanical damage and, finally, the required certificates. What do you need to know about packaging for sea transport?

Right from the design stage, we analyse the customer’s needs and take into account all the recommendations to be met by the packaging. We use a range of transport safety features: vibration reduction systems, tilt, humidity and shock sensors, corrosion inhibitors, vapour capsules and moisture absorbers. In the case of international trade, we take care of the relevant certificates (IPSM-15, IPCC). If you need, we also provide containerisation services, transport to the pick-up point and assistance with cargo clearance.
