Thermoforming

We manufacture thermally formed safety components for machines and pipes as well as special purpose products in accordance with your specifications. We provide a production plan and documentation required for its implementation, a set of moulds, punching dies and production equipment.

• Our offer: machine hoods and covers, pipe fittings, special-purpose products; maximum element size: 940 mm x 2000 mm x H 500 mm
• Materials: soft or hard polyethylene, PET, polypropylene, Bakelite

Die-cutting

Elements made with the cutting technique provide support for cargo securing systems during transportation: these products are used to stabilize and fasten the goods, isolate them from external conditions, arrange and organize the cargo. We operate also on casts and materials from outside the standard offer.

• Our offer includes: spacers, covers, dividers, transport safety devices, equipment elements, openwork elements stabilizing goods on pallets, inserts to KL containers; maximum product dimensions: 1500 x 600 mm
• Materials: polyethene, polypropylene, polyethene terephthalate, ABS, technical foams, optionally: felt, rubber insulating materials, granulate and crumb rubber panels.

CNC machining

Modern machine tools programmed in the CAM application open up a wide range of possibilities in the field of turning and machining; the available tools and skills of our team enable us to produce customized elements of complex shapes.

• Our offer: turning at ϕ max. 1000 mm at 1500 mm length; milling at 1300 x 635 x 635 mm
• Materials: Teflon, Bakelite, polyamide PA, polyethylene PE, paper-phenolic plates, polyoxymethylene POM, polypropylene PP, Plexiglas
